WARS GUIDE

To initiate a war, simply post in another team's bunker and request one.  After both teams have agreed on a War Format and number of players (MINIMUM 4 PLAYERS), they should make a post in War Registration.

  • Team Leaders contact info needs to be listed.

  • When wars are completed, ALL replays/screenshots must be posted or private message to a war manager.

  • Failure to follow these rules may result in invalidation of the war.

War Formats

Classic:

  • Each team is assigned a minimum number of hearts (or "lives") equal to at least the number of the participating members. The maximum number of hearts is 8.

  • Double elimination is optional.

  • Match duels

  • A heart is taken away for each match loss. The first team to eliminate all the opposing team's hearts is the winner.

Rapid:

  • Each team is assigned 10 hearts

  • Single duels

  • A heart is taken away for each match loss. The first team to eliminate all the opposing team's hearts is the winner.

Brigade:

  • Each team is assigned 6 hearts

  • 16000lp Tag duels

  • A heart is taken away for each match loss. The first team to eliminate all the opposing team's hearts is the winner.

Eradicate:

  • Single elimination

  • Match duels or Single duels

  • 4 or 6 person teams

  • 4 player teams have 2 lines

  • 6 player teams have 3 lines

  • Each line has 2 players

Special Rules:

In Classic & Rapid format a special rule regarding number of matches a member in a team can play can be implemented if agreed upon by both teams. A player cannot conduct a war match if they have played a certain number of matches in the war.

  • The MINIMUM limit to this rule is one half the number of hearts in a war.

Banlist:

  • Teams may decide upon which banlist they will use before the start of a war.

  • The cards allowed will be OCG/TCG (both).

  • The banlist used in a war will always be the banlist that was in effect on the date the war started.

Additional Banlists:

Teams may also make an Additional Banlist of decks that can't be used in that war.

War Activity:

  • A match should be completed at least every 3 days. If 3 days have passed with no duels completed. The team that has shown the least activity will lose a heart.

  • If neither team has made an attempt to find a duel in seven consecutive days, the war will be closed with no winner.

  • If you're having trouble finding team members to duel in the chat box, please attempt to message the opposing team’s point of contact & make post in the war thread asking for a duel.

Subs:

  • All subs must be designated at the beginning of a war.

  • A substitute can come in for any member of the team...but once they come in for a member, they cannot be subbed out again & the person being subbed can't come back into the war

  • No subs can be used in a double elimination war

  • If a member is subbed into a war which wasn't designated at the beginning of a war that team will lose 2 hearts in that war.

Disputes:

Any player found to be impersonating another player or having 2 different accounts will be BANNED from the war arena for 3 month. The team with the banned player will lose the war/s the banned player was found to be impersonating another player in.Proof must be provided in the form of chatlogs.

In the event of a disconnection during a War match, ensure that all replays are saved. In the event a replay can't be saved, attempt to take a screenshot of the field. If a Winner could not be decided after the disconnection, Players can replay that duel. Simply setup a new match, surrender appropriately (so you can side), and continue dueling from the game that was left off. If there are any disputes on the outcome of a duel, a War Staff Member will review any replays, screenshots, or accounts of the match and will come to a decision on how to proceed. The War Staff Member's decision is final and will be accepted by both teams.

Rewards in Wars:

Reward for Winning Team

  • Each member will receive 50 dp

  • Additionally, players will earn 20 DP for every war duel they win.

  • Players who don't participate will receive no points.

Reward for Losing Team

  • Each member will receive 20 dp

  • Additionally, players will earn 20 DP for every war duel they win.

  • Players who don't participate will receive no points.
